EXCITING NEW CLASS !
Improv and Choreography
Ages 12 and up
Friday 6:00 - 7:00 pm
The class allows students to get to know a different side of dance, exploring movement possibilities through improvisation. Students will develop an understanding of where choreographers get their inspiration and of the elements of choreography. They will enhance both their ability to create interesting choreography and their own performance ability. For a student with serious interest in dance, it is important to learn how to put music and movement concepts together. Exceptional work by choreography students may be presented in the Spring Recital.
